The Grobat is a small diameter training bat used in conjuntion with the mini polyball.
The small bat develops the hand eye co-ordination of the batter.
The Grobat can be easily modified in both length AND weight, and comes equipped with a movable choke/collar and a set of weights from 2 to 9 ounces. The GROBAT can mimic any bat, from 28"/19oz. to 34"/33oz. , or anything in between!
The Grobat is available in 30", 32", 33" and 34" standard lengths and, un-weighted, are 19, 20, 21, and 22oz. respectively. The coin-removable threaded end plug allows insertion of any combination of 2, 3, or 4-ounce weights
Length modification comes from the use of choke collar(s). Weight modification comes from the insertable weights.
Used in conjunction with the mini polyball and proper batting practice protocols, the Grobat will improve your ability to hit a baseball.

The Thunderstick
The Thundersitck comes in two sizes, the adult version is a +4, 33inch / 37 oz and the Junior model which is -4 , 30" / 26oz. The Thunderstick ( unlike most other training bats which are for polyball use only ) is suitable for hitting regulation baseballs. So you have the versatility with the Thunderstick of hitting either mini polyballs or baseballs. The only downside to the Thunderstick is that it comes in just two fixed length / weight sizes. But if these sizes "fit" your needs , then the Thunderstick made by Easton is a sound choice for a training bat.
